Here at IFO Financial Options, we work as a team to strive for the greatest outcomes for our clients. We don’t limit ourselves to which lenders we use, which can make our job harder but in doing so it enables us to provide a greater range of options to our clients. The volume and quality of the business we do means we have a good relationship with lenders and have face to face management support which can help with complex cases and appeals. We don’t charge because we’re paid by the lenders just like every adviser, but we don’t charge a fee on top as we don’t feel there is a need to, but we may charge for commercial mortgages
