What are our fees for arranging your mortgage?

Like all Independent Mortgage Brokers we are paid a fee directly from the lender for arranging a mortgage. What sets us apart though is that we do not charge you a flat fee. In fact, because the lender pays us directly on a percentage basis, we won't normally need to charge you anything at all unless that percentage falls below our standard administration fee.
